Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with our Privacy Policy and Google Play User Data policies, Waitinger gives you full control to request the permanent deletion of your diner or partner account and all associated personal data.
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- Profile information (Username, email address, phone number, name).
- Authentication credentials and session tokens.
- Accumulated Waitinger Coins balance and arcade scores.
- Claimed discount vouchers, scratch cards, and reward codes.
- Saved delivery addresses and dining table order history.
Statutory Retention & Turnaround
- Processing Turnaround: Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and processed within 30 days.
- Regulatory Invoices: Aggregated, anonymized billing invoices may be retained solely to comply with statutory GST and Indian financial bookkeeping laws.
- Permanent Removal: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
